Dear authors, reviewers, editors and readers of our journal, it is my pleasure to welcome you all to this platform for which I served as the Editor in Chief (EiC). As the EiC, the main focus areas but not limited to are to consolidate on the reputations by enhancing the journal standard, to reduce the turnaround time of submitted manuscripts, to strengthen the reviewer database, wider visibility and to keep the high motivation of all editors of the journal. I will try my best to do a fantastic job shaping our journal to attain a greater height among other scholarly publications in the field which our journal’s aim and scope covered. It is critical we work together and also maintained the journal scope as this is the only way to achieve the set goals.

I am very much aware of the tasks and responsibilities at hand as an EiC, I promise to perform my roles diligently with the utmost sense of commitment.  I will work closely with other editorial members with the greatest academic integrity in association with a broader comprehension of research methods and hard work.

With our journal securing the right footing in the commencement of this service to humanity, we will ensure that the journal continues to evolve with tremendous opportunities and advantages for all stakeholders and scalable to radical changes and ethical practices under my leadership as we sojourn in the world of publication and dissemination of vital and research information.

Our journal will not stop and it shall continue to accept manuscripts to publish high-quality research and review papers within its scope. The bulk of our journal content shall remain full-length original research articles, short communications and review papers with high standard systematic double-blinded peer reviews.

I and my fellow editorial team shall encourage authors to carry out their works under an ethical standard and integrity to ensure easy replications globally. this is important for the fact that whatever conclusion made from the studies we publish should be reliable and valid.

 As stated under our journal peer review policy, double-blind peer review remains an important part of our evaluation of manuscripts submitted.  In case of any arose unanticipated criticisms in the peer review process, it will be addressed and managed swiftly by the editorial office in conjunction with the EiC. Verily,  this guaranteed unalloyed benefits which will definitely outweigh the prior challenge(s).

To our dear authors, it has been proven that there are strong consensuses that manuscripts that undergo peer review are often improved using the reviewers’ comments, observations and criticisms when taken and effected appropriately.    These unbiased and appraisal ways to improve the manuscripts do help to get the trust of all our readership and also to maintain the qualities of the journal.

To our readers, our editorials and commentaries will continue to play an important role in considering every avenue to resolve more contentious issues in a manner that is devoid of biased, whereby the reader is allowed to make a well-knowledgeable decision on how the task at hand should be addressed.

Our journal must continue to have a good balance of article types that falls within the journal’s scope. Working along with the publisher, we will encourage publications with high quality that will be widely read and accepted to boost the impact factor from the increased citation. The journal articles are 100% electronic which makes the dissemination faster and ensures wider international accessibility. The publisher had an arrangement in getting the articles published index with some renowned repository worldwide and this will increase the visibility of the articles.

I am very much delighted with the support that is made available by the esteem editorial team and the members of the editorial office. Obviously, your critical contributions have been remarkable and complement the successes of the journal.

Our journal also enjoys the support of reputable experts on our editorial advisory board. These are individuals to reckon with, as far as the scope of this journal is concerned. It is also a great privilege to have them as ambassadors, and the face of our journal.
